The Victoria Chess Challenge is open to All BC K-12 Students (Canadian and International) UVIC H&S Dev Bldg, RM A264/A250/A270. Players who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd or have a score of 50% in their section will qualify for the BC Chess Challenge - Provincial Championship by Grade. CMA rated.
$10 Entry Fee Please arrive on site 9:30-9:45am Tournament will start at 10:00 am. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each grade. Ribbons for all players. Grades will be combined depending on numbers at the tournament director's discretion.
Registration and payment online through eventbrite or email to victoriajuniorchess@gmail.com with player name, grade, school and postal code (pay at door). Please quote "Victoria Chess Challenge" in the subject line of the email.
